Sirevåg

Sirevåg is a village in the municipality of , Norway. Its population (2005) is 385.

The main source of income is shrimp (both harvesting and processing), fishing and agriculture; dairy, fur, beef, pork, sheep and potatoes. Sirevåg has a very large mole/breakwater protecting its harbour which is Europe's second largest humeral mole.[citation needed] The Sørlandet Line, traditionally the Jæren Line, runs through Sirevåg, with the Jæren Commuter Rail stopping at Sirevåg Station. Sirevåg is also known for the famous boxer Tobias Johansson. He won 2 gold and 3 silver in the Norwegian Championship for boxing.
