Sirákov is a village and municipality (obec) in Žďár nad Sázavou District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 6.98 square kilometres (2.69 sq mi), and has a population of 240 (as at 28 August 2006).
Sirákov lies approximately 11 kilometres (7 mi) south-west of Žďár nad Sázavou, 21 km (13 mi) north-east of Jihlava, and 120 km (75 mi) south-east of Prague.
