Simon Pouplin (born 28 May 1985 in Cholet, Maine-et-Loire) is a French football player. He currently plays for FC Sochaux-Montbéliard.
In 2005, Pouplin signed his first professional contract with Stade Rennais, signing up with the Breton club for three years. He made his debut in the 2003–04 French Ligue 1 season.
