Playing career
Danis-Pepin was drafted in the 2nd round, 61st overall in the 2006 NHL Entry Draft by the Chicago Blackhawks. He played his college hockey at the University of Maine of the Hockey East. On July 10, 2009, he was signed to a three-year entry level deal with the Blackhawks. On August 1, 2012, he was signed as a free agent to a one-year contract with the Orlando Solar Bears of the ECHL.[1] Four games into the 2012–13 season, Danis-Pepin was traded by the Solar Bears to the San Francisco Bulls in exchange for Keaton Turkiewicz on October 22.[2]
In the off-season, Danis-Pepin remained in the ECHL, signing a one-year deal with the Fort Wayne Komets on July 16, 2013.[3]
