Silvia Chivás (born September 10, 1954) is a former track and field athlete from Cuba.

At the 1972 Summer Olympics in Munich she won the bronze medal in 100 metres, behind German Renate Stecher (gold) and Australian Raelene Boyle (silver). She won another bronze medal in 4 x 100 m relay together with her teammates Marlene Elejarde, Carmen Valdés and Fulgencia Romay. She won a bronze in the 100 meters, and a gold in the 200 meters at the World Student Games in 1977, as well a place 3rd in the 100 meters at first World Cup of Track and Field.
