Sierpnica [ɕerpˈnit͡sa] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Głuszyca, within Wałbrzych County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland, close to the Czech border.[1] Prior to 1945 it was in Germany.
It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) south-east of Głuszyca, 17 kilometres (11 mi) south-east of Wałbrzych, and 68 kilometres (42 mi) south-west of the regional capital Wrocław.
The village has a population of 180.
