SicolaMartin is an integrated advertising and marketing firm based in Austin, Texas. The company is part of Young & Rubicam Brands and a member of WPP Group (NASDAQ: WPPGY). In 2013, SicolaMartin rebranded as Y&R Austin.

History

SicolaMartin was founded by Tom Sicola and Steve Martin in 1985. Some of the firm's first clients included Brice Foods, Motorola, 3M and IBM. By 1997, SicolaMartin was named one of the Top 50 high-tech advertising agencies by Marketing Computers[1] and by 2001, was cited by Adweek as the top regional agency in the Southwest.[2] That year, the company was acquired by Young & Rubicam.[3] From 2006-2011, Texas Monthly named SicolaMartin one of the "Best Companies to Work for in Texas."[4] In 2013, SicolaMartin rebranded as Y&R Austin.

Clients

SicolaMartin’s current clients include AMD, Dell, First American Corporation, McLane Company, NetSpend Corporation, Samsung, SAP AG, St. David’s HealthCare, Sybase and Vantix.
