Showcase Cinemas is a movie theater chain owned and operated by National Amusements. Operating more than 950 indoor screens in the United States, United Kingdom and Latin America.

History

Cinema de Lux

In 2008 Showcase Cinemas opened a new Cinema de Lux brand that aims to 'redefine the cinema experience by bringing together the latest films and events, contemporary dining, impeccable service and a full range of distinctive amenities'. There are three of these new cinemas have opened in the UK also many across the USA.

The integrated digital signage network for the Showcase Cinema de Lux brand was awarded 'Digital Signage Project of the Year 2008', from the AV Awards. This digital signage was completed in partnership with Beaver Group.[1]

Cinema de Lux at Fairfax Corner is no longer owned by National Assuments, as it is now owned by Rave Motion.
