Shirpur-Warwade is a city and a municipal council in Dhule district in the Indian state of Maharashtra. Shirpur is the developing city in North Maharashtra.It is famous for Balaji Temple,Sut Girani, Shirpur Gold Refinery and the Educational campus.It is representated by G.D.Mali,Vyankat Randheer,Indrasingh Rajput,Sambhaji Patil,Shivaji Patil,Amrishbhai Patel.Mr Patel changed the look of this area.This area is populated by Adivasis,Patils and Rajputs.

Demographics

As of 2001 India census,[1] Shirpur-Warwade had a population of 61,688. Males constitute 52% of the population and females 48%. Shirpur-Warwade has an average literacy rate of 70%, higher than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 76%, and female literacy is 63%. In Shirpur-Warwade, 14% of the population is under 6 years of age.
