Shin-Isesaki Station

Shin-Isesaki Station (新伊勢崎駅 Shin-Isesaki-eki) is a railway station on the Tobu Isesaki Line in Isesaki, Gunma, Japan, operated by the private railway operator Tobu Railway.

History

The Tobu Railway station opened on 27 March 1910.[1]

From 17 March 2012, station numbering was introduced on all Tobu lines, with Shin-Isesaki Station becoming "TI-24".[2]

New elevated platforms were brought into use from 19 October 2013.[3]

Passenger statistics

In fiscal 2011, the station was used by an average of 1,256 passengers daily.[1]
