Shia Ulema Council

Shia ulema council is a Shia political party in Pakistan. Its goal was to introduce Fiqhe Jaffriah as personal law for the Imamians of Pakistan so that no other Fiqha (school of thought) may be forcefully imposed on them to follow.

shia ulama council is being led by Allama Sajid Ali Naqvi.

The main objective of this party is to create an Islamic rule in the country according to the wishes of all factions of Islamic society of Pakistan.

The party has always emphasized on the unity between Muslims and this was the reason that CIA backed Zia Regime formed Sectarian Parties like Sipahe Sahaba to break its influence in people.

The Shi'a ulema (body of scholars), describes the scholarly education provided for Shia clergy in the schools around the centre of Shia theology in Iraq, Najaf.[1]
