Shi Ke (Chinese: 石柯; pinyin: Shí Kē; born 8 January 1993) is a Chinese footballer who currently plays for Hangzhou Greentown in the Chinese Super League.

Club career

Shi Ke joined Hangzhou Greentown's academy in 2006 and started his professional football career in 2011 when he was loan to China League Two club Wenzhou Provenza for one year. On 17 August 2011, he scored his first league goal in a 1–1 away draw against Sichuan FC. Shi was promoted to Hangzhou Greentown's first team squad by Takeshi Okada in 2012. On 25 March 2012, he made his Chinese Super League debut in the third match of the season which Hangzhou Greentown beat Beijing Guoan 1–0.[1] He had an impressive performance in the match and became a regular player in the team after team captain Du Wei joined Shandong Luneng in July 2012.

International career

Shi was first called up into Chinese under-17 national team squad in June 2008.[2] He played all three games in the 2008 AFC U-16 Championship, however China were eliminated in the group stage after a 1–1 draw with Saudi Arabia. Shi received his first called up for Chinese under-20 national team by Su Maozhen in June 2010.[3] He played once in the 2010 AFC U-19 Championship against Thailand in the group stage. Shi continued to play for the under-20 side in the 2011 Toulon Tournament and 2011 Weifang Cup, and was appointed as the team captain by Jan Olde Riekerink. He made three appearances in 2012 AFC U-19 Championship qualification as the Chinese under-20 national team qualified into the 2012 AFC U-19 Championship.

Shi was called up to the Chinese under-22 national team in April 2012.[4] He made his debut for the under-22 side on 9 May 2012 in a 2-2 friendly home draw against Malawi.[5] He was included in the squad for 2013 AFC U-22 Asian Cup qualification hosted by Laos in June 2012. Shi made three appearances in the qualification as China qualified for the 2013 AFC U-22 Championship.

Shi was first called up to the Chinese national team for the 2013 East Asian Cup. On 28 July 2013, he made his debut in the last game of tournament against Australia in a 4–3 win, coming on as a substitute for Yang Hao.
