Shepley Co-operative Society Limited is a small consumer co-operative based in the West Yorkshire village of Shepley in England. The society operates a single store on Station Road.

It is a registered Industrial and Provident Society, a member of the Co-operative Retail Trading Group and a corporate member of Co-operative Group Ltd. (formerly Co-operative Wholesale Society).

In August 2013, all assets were transferred to Midlands Co-operative Society.
