Shenyang Railway Station (simplified Chinese: 沈阳站; traditional Chinese: 瀋陽站; pinyin: Shěnyáng Zhàn) is a railway station of Jingha railway, Hada Railway, Shenda Railway, Shenji Railway, Shendan Railway, Jingha Passenger Dedicated Line and Hada Passenger Railway. The station located in the town of Shenyang, Liaoning, China.

History

Fengtian station (simplified Chinese: 奉天驿; traditional Chinese: 奉天驛; pinyin: Fèngtiān-yì) opened in 1899.[1] The new station building was constructed on October 1, 1910.[2] Fengtian station was renamed Shenyang South Station (simplified Chinese: 沈阳南站; traditional Chinese: 瀋陽南站; pinyin: Shěnyáng-nán Zhàn) in 1945 (after Second Sino-Japanese War).[2] Shenyang South Station was renamed Shenyang Station in 1950.[2]
