Controversy

In March 2011, Datuk T exposes a sex tape to "selected" medias that was said involving a 'politician' and demanded that the 'politician' and his wife resign. PKR then alleged that Eskay and Rahim Thamby Chik, was behind the screening of a video purportedly depicting PKR leader Anwar Ibrahim with an unidentified woman.

Eskay has made inconsistent statements regarding the case during a week, from April 29, 2011 to 5 May 2011. On 29 April 2011, he took an oath (sumpah laknat) that he was in the sex video along with PKR de facto leader Anwar Ibrahim and that Anwar was the man having sex with a woman in the video.[1][2]

However, on 5 May 2011, Eskay told reporters that he has never accuse that Anwar was having sex in the video.[3] It's obviously contrary to the oath he has done.

Eskay and former Perkasa treasurer-general Datuk Shuaib Lazim were fined RM3,000 in default three months jail and RM1,500 in default two months jail respectively, for openly displaying an obscene film at Carcosa Seri Negara on March 21 this year.
