Shayne Burgess (born 1 June 1964 in Hastings) is a former English darts player who switched from the British Darts Organisation to the Professional Darts Corporation.
Early career
Burgess reached the quarter finals of the British Open in 1992 and the quarter-finals of the Winmau World Masters in 1993. He made his television debut at the 1994 Embassy World Darts Championship but suffered a 0-3 first round defeat to Steve McCollum. He promptly switched to the PDC (then known as the WDC), which was still in its early days.
