Sharon Lee Buchanan, OAM[1][2] (née Patmore;[3] born 12 March 1963 in Western Australia) is a retired field hockey forward, who competed in three Summer Olympics for her native country, starting in 1984.
Buchanan was inducted into the Sport Australia Hall of Fame in 1994.[4]
As of 2008 Buchanan is married to Cairns resident Philip Reid.[5]
