Shari Shattuck (born November 18, 1960) is an American actress and author.
Shattuck was born in Atlanta, Georgia. She was one of several actresses on The Young and the Restless, to portray the character Ashley Abbott. She appeared on the cover of Playboy in April 1980. Shattuck makes an appearance in the .38 Special (band) video Caught Up In You. Shattuck appeared in a low budget erotic thriller Body Chemistry 3 during the 1990s. She also appeared on the science-fiction television series Babylon 5. She starred in the 1989 independent film The Spring and had a supporting role in the 1994 Steven Seagal action film On Deadly Ground. She appeared in an episode of "Shaky Ground" (a 1992-1993 comedy starring Matt Frewer and Jennifer Love Hewitt). The episode is entitled "Faulty Attraction" which aired on May 2, 1993. Shattuck's in "Faulty Attraction" as a woman who falls in love with the main character Bob Moody.
Personal life
Married three times, her second marriage was to actor Ronn Moss (with whom she has two daughters — Creason Carbo and Calleb Modine) from January 1990 to July 2002 and her third marriage is to Joseph Paul Stachura the owner and managing artistic director of the Knightsbridge Theatre and The National American Shakespeare Company as well as the Director of Knightsbridge Theatre Films. Mr. Stachura's recent feature film REDEMPTION is distributed by MarVista Entertainment.
Shattuck has also written several mystery novels featuring Callaway Wilde, a wealthy Los Angeles socialite.[1]
