Shane Bradley (born 15 May 1976) represented Donegal at senior level for 3 years before signing for football club Finn Harps. He holds the nickname, "Rita".
Career
Born in Stranorlar, County Donegal, Bradley, who grew up in Stranorlar near Finn Park, was a Finn Harps supporter as a boy and used to sell programmes with his mate Tony Brogan outside the ground, before taking up his position on the terraces.
Bradley's early clubs included Convoy Arsenal, Drumkeen United, Fanad United.
He captained Finn Harps for 4 years, he also was Player of the Year in 2006 and scored 41 goals in total from centre half in 274 games for the club.[1][2]
In June 2005, he was sent off against Cork City in Kevin Doyle's final game for the club before his departure across the Irish Sea.[3]
He was in contention for the game against Premier League Manchester United on 16 March 2009.[4]
