Sesta Godano is a comune (municipality) in the Province of La Spezia in the Italian region Liguria, located about 60 km east of Genoa and about 25 km northwest of La Spezia. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,515 and an area of 69.4 km². Sesta Godano borders the following municipalities: Albareto, Borghetto di Vara, Brugnato, Carro, Carrodano, Varese Ligure, Zeri, Zignago.
