Serooskerke is a village in the Dutch province of Zeeland. It is a part of the municipality of Schouwen-Duiveland, and lies about 27 km northeast of Middelburg.

Serooskerke was a separate municipality until 1961, when it was merged with Westenschouwen.[1]

In 2001, the village of Serooskerke had 225 inhabitants. The built-up area of the village was 0.074 km², and contained 99 residences.[2] The statistical area "Serooskerke", which also can include the surrounding countryside, has a population of around 300.[3]
