Club career
In 2012, at the age of 16, Sergio Peña made his Torneo Descentralizado league debut on matchday 1 in the 2–2 draw at home against León de Huánuco.[1] This was his only league appearance of the 2012 season playing under manager José "Pepe" Soto.
