Sergey Aleksandrovich Sivko (7 June 1940 in Tula, Soviet Union - 10 November 1966) was a boxer representing the Soviet Union.
He competed for the Soviet Union in the 1960 Summer Olympics held in Rome, Italy in the flyweight event where he finished in second place.
