Senan Cooke (born 1944) is an Irish retired hurler who played as a centre-forward for the Kilkenny senior team.

Cooke joined the team during the 1972 championship and was a regular senior panelist for just two seasons. An All-Ireland medalist in the minor grade, he won one All-Ireland winners' medal as a non-playing substitute.[1]

At club level Cooke began his career with Kilmacow in Kilkenny before later winning two county club championship medals with Dunhill in Waterford.
