They also Market a Sports System called 360 and roughly 40% of the English Premier League rely on the system to manage Ticket Sales, CRM operations, merchandise sales and catering.

History of See Tickets

Created from the merger of the ticketing division of Really Useful Theatres and the Nottingham based ticket agency Way Ahead which Really Useful had purchased in 2002,[1] See sells and distributes tickets for West End Theatre, music events, sport and festivals. Amongst other notable achievements they sold all 137,500 tickets for the 2014 Glastonbury Festival in 1 hour 30 minutes.

On 16 October 2007, See was demerged from the Really Useful Group and transferred into a new company, See Group Ltd under the sole ownership of Lloyd Webber. On 31 January 2008, See Group Ltd was purchased by Joop van den Ende's Stage Entertainment for an undisclosed sum.[2] On 22 September 2008, Stage sold a majority share in their pan-European ticketing division, of which See Tickets is a part, to Parcom Capital, a subsidiary of ING Group Capital.[3] The holding company, previously Stage Ticketing International, was renamed See Tickets International as part of the deal and as well as See Tickets in the UK includes Ticket Online in France and Austria, Sherpa.be in Belgium, See Tickets in the Netherlands and Entradas.com in Spain. In February 2011 it was announced that Parcom were preparing to sell See Tickets; the value of the company was estimated to be up to £100million.[4] In September 2011, Vivendi announced it had acquired See Tickets UK.[5]

See also owns Intascape.com Ltd a ticketing software house who provide the See ThreeSixty ticketing and event management software to football clubs including Manchester City, West Ham United and Fulham. The buy out took place in 2007.[6]
