Sebastian Schubert (born July 17, 1988 in Hamm, West Germany) is a German slalom canoeist who has competed since the mid-2000s.

He won a gold medal in the K-1 team event at the 2011 ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships in Bratislava. He also won five medals at the European Championships (4 silvers and 1 bronze).

Schubert won the overall world cup title in the K-1 category in 2013.
