Sean Penkywicz (born 18 May 1982) is a rugby league player for Leigh Centurions in National League One. He plays as a hooker or scrum-half.

He has been named in the Wales squad to face England at the Keepmoat Stadium prior to England's departure for the 2008 Rugby League World Cup.[1]
