Sean Fitzgerald Love (born September 6, 1968 in Coaldale, Pennsylvania) is a retired American professional football player who played Guard for three season in the National Football League with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Carolina Panthers. Love was originally drafted in the 1991 NFL Draft by the Dallas Cowboys but did not play with team, instead making his debut two years later with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He spent two season with Tampa Bay before joining the expansion Carolina Panthers in 1995. With the Panthers, Love played in a career high 11 games and made the only start of his professional career. After missing the 1996 season, Love signed with the Philadelphia Eagles for the 1997 season, however he was cut by the team before playing a game. After failing to make the Eagles, Love retired from professional football.
