Scott McGehee is an American film director and screenwriter. He is a Columbia University graduate and did graduate work in the Rhetorics department at UC Berkeley. He was born in California, and currently resides in New York City.
He is half of a long-standing writing-directing partnership with filmmaker David Siegel. Neither attended film school.[1] McGehee is openly gay.[2]
He was a member of the US Dramatic Jury at the 2009 Sundance Film Festival.
