Scott Greenstein (born in 1959, a native of Freehold, New Jersey)[1] is president and chief content officer of Sirius XM Radio. He oversees all of the satellite radio broadcaster’s programming and marketing activities. He reports to Jim Meyer, CEO of Sirius XM Radio.[2] In 2004, while serving as Sirius's president of sports and entertainment, he played an "integral" role in bringing Howard Stern from terrestrial radio to Sirius.[1] Greenstein previously worked in acquisitions for Miramax Films from 1993 to 1997, as president of October Films from 1997 to 1999, and as chairman of USA Films from 1999 to 2002.[1]

Honors

In 2005, Greenstein was recognized by Brandweek Magazine as one of its 2005 "Marketers of the Year."[3]

In 2006, Greenstein was honored by LIFEbeat, the music industry's charitable organization dedicated to reaching America’s youth with the message of HIV/AIDS prevention.[4]
