Scinax boulengeri is a species of frog in the Hylidae family. It is found in Colombia, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Panama, and possibly Honduras. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, intermittent freshwater marshes, pastureland, plantations, rural gardens, and urban areas.
