Scarisbrick Hall School is a mixed independent school, located in Scarisbrick Hall, Lancashire, England, that educates children from nursery to age 16.

History

Scarisbrick Hall is a 150 room mansion built in about 1850 by the architect Augustus Pugin. The Scarisbrick family lived on this site from 1238 to 1946. The Hall is an example of residential Gothic renaissance architecture and is listed as a building of special architectural interest. Scarisbrick Park is an extensive private estate protected by a preservation order.

Scarisbrick Hall has been the home of an independent school since 1964. Between 1998 and 2009 the school was named Kingswood College. Kingswood College was sold to a local family in August 2009 who changed the name of the school to Scarisbrick Hall School. In September 2009 the Scarisbrick Hall Group acquired the business of operating Kingswood College Trust.

Uniform

The uniform consists of red and green striped blazer; green tie, white shirt, green pinafore, green felt hat, green cardigan and/or green jumper. The summer uniform consists of a boater hat, and a blue and white checked dress.
