Scandent Solutions is a broad-based information technology solutions firm in India. It has development centres in Bangalore and Chennai. It is part of Scandent Group led by Indian entrepreneur Ramesh Vangal and former Pepsi CEO Christopher Sinclair. In 2004, Scandent merged its IT services business with the Chennai-based SSI to form Scandnet Solutions. Dilip Keshu is the current CEO? The company is traded on BSE.
