Savda is a city and a municipal council in Jalgaon district in the Indian state of Maharashtra.
Geography
Savda is located at 21°09′N 75°53′E / 21.15°N 75.88°E.[1] It has an average elevation of 231 metres (757 feet). Savda is famous for bananas and is a major source of supply to northern India, mainly to Delhi.
MIDC-industrial area is established names "Savda MIDC".
The railway station is around 3 km from the main township. It is connected to New Delhi by the Amritsar-Dadar Express.
