Saundra Williams is a female jazz/R&B/dance music vocalist[1] from New York City who scored a couple of hits on the Billboard Hot Dance Music/Club Play chart: "I Want It, I Need It" (Number 1 in 1994) and "Unconditionally" (Number 7 in 1995).
