Sarritor is a genus of poachers native to the northern Pacific Ocean.

There are currently three recognized species in this genus:[1]

- Sarritor knipowitschi Lindberg & Andriashev, 1937
- Sarritor leptorhynchus (C. H. Gilbert, 1896) (Longnose poacher)
