Sarny Małe [ˈsarnɨ ˈmawɛ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Lewin Brzeski, within Brzeg County, Opole Voivodeship, in south-western Poland.[1] It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) south-west of Lewin Brzeski, 16 km (10 mi) south of Brzeg, and 27 km (17 mi) west of the regional capital Opole.
Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (see Territorial changes of Poland after World War II).
