Sar-El (Hebrew: שר-אל, lit. "Service for Israel"), is the non-profit, non-political organization and national project for volunteers for Israel. It was founded in 1982 by Aharon Davidi, who was an Israeli general.[2] The volunteer program of IDF in non-armed support tasks which serve by both Jewish and non-Jewish people.
