San Biase is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Campobasso in the Italian region Molise, located about 20 km northwest of Campobasso. On 31 December 2004, it had a population of 252 and an area of 11.8 km².[1]
San Biase borders the municipalities Salcito, Sant'Angelo Limosano, and Trivento.
