Samuraihama Station (侍浜駅 Samuraihama-eki) is a railway station on the JR East Hachinohe Line located in the city of Kuji, Iwate Prefecture, Japan. It is 54.4 rail kilometers from the terminus of the Hachinohe Line at Hachinohe Station.
Station layout
Samuraihama Station has a single side platform serving traffic in both directions. The station is unmanned.
History
Samuraihama Station opened on March 27, 1930. On April 1, 1987, upon the privatization of the Japan National Railways, the station became part of JR East. The station has been unattended since October 16, 2004.
