Samuel Sax (5 September 1880 2 January 1962) was an American film producer. He produced 80 films between 1925 and 1946. From 1938 to 1941 Sax headed Warner Brothers' British subsidiary at Teddington Studios in London.

He was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and died in Hollywood, California.
