Samo ku waar ("Long Life with Peace") is the national anthem of Somaliland, a self-declared republic that is internationally recognized as an autonomous region of Somalia.[1] It was written and composed in 1997 by Hassan Sheikh Mumin.[2] It is sung in Somali.[3]
