Samir Kochhar is an Indian actor and model who appears in Bollywood films and TV. He started his acting career in 2005 with the film, Zeher.

Career

Kochhar made his Bollywood film debut in 2003 in an English / Hindi Bilingual "VALENTINE DAYS" which was a film by Sumeer Sabharwal (Dimppy Ramdayal.

His second film was in 2005 with Mohit Suri's film Zeher.

In 2006, he appeared in films, Bold and Ek Se Mera Kya Hoga both of which were box office flops. In 2008, he was seen as a police inspector, A.C.P. Shekhar Malhotra, in the thriller, Jannat. The same year, he appeared in the British film, The Mole.

His 2010 releases were Chase with Udita Goswami, Gandhi Se Pehle Gandhi with Gracy Singh and Hide and Seek.

He was the host of Survivor India

He has been anchoring "Extraaa Innings T20" a show on SET Max concurrent with Indian Premier League cricket matches since the very first season starting 2008 and six years in a row.

Samir Kochhar was also seen in a TV show named Bade Achhe Lagte Hain on Sony TV, as Rajat Kapur.[1] The serial co-stars Sakshi Tanwar and Ram Kapoor.

Personal life

Kochhar married his longtime girlfriend Radhika on 9 January 2010.[2]
