Salvatore J. LaMattina (born September 8, 1959 in East Boston), commonly known as Sal LaMattina, is a member of the Boston City Council in Boston, Massachusetts. As of 2006, he represents the North End, East Boston, and Charlestown.
LaMattina graduated from East Boston High School in 1978 and then attended University of Massachusetts Amherst where he graduated in 1984 with a degree in Political Science.[1]
