Saint Roman may refer to Saint Romanos the Melode, and Saint Boris, brother of Saint David of Muscovy and son of Saint Vladimir.

Saint Roman, also named La Rousse/Saint Roman, is a northernmost community in the Principality of Monaco. It is a ward of Monaco, and a former subdivision of the traditional quartier of Monte Carlo.
Overview
Today the ward is a mostly residential community. A new skyscraper called Odeon Tower will be located in this district, it will be the 199 tallest building by floor count upon its finish date.
