Saint Dracula 3D is an upcoming film by Rupesh Paul.[1] Produced by BizTV Network - the producers of Dam 999, ‘Saint Dracula’ became the first ever stereoscopic 3D film to be made on the story of Dracula though director Vinayan has already directed Dracula in 3D in 2012.[2]
Plot
Longing for vengeance, Dracula waited in hunger and thirst for his long lost admirer. The night hid him in the dark, the earth and the woods were his haven. He is a fallen angel, a catastrophic lover, the trodden Prince of Wallachia, but a vampire in revenge. His partisans await his reprise with a celebration. He turns lucky in love, if not for ever. Beautiful nights of love and lust entangle him with his lost love-Clara, a passionate young nun but still a mortal. The peaches and perfection takes a turn the day Clara gets spellbound by the Catholic Church. The Vatican plots the trap but will the plan thrive? Or will it be love? This film middle plot & there similar story also inspire by 2012 Bollywood film JISM 2 .[3]
Filming
The film was shot at serene UK countryside with key locations being Liverpool, Manchester and Wales in UK.Director Rupesh Paul along with Sohan Roy, the director of 3D international movie Dam 999 successfully completed the movie with the cast & crew from UK. The entire movie was shot on camera 'RED' by Frenchman Francois Coppey, the Director of Photography, while the stereography has been done by Julian Crivelli. The movie is currently in the phase of post production and is expected to release by the mid of 2012.
As of March 2013, the film is now available as a part of the Freestyle Life Film Exhibition.

Saint Dracula went on to garner many accolades after its release in India. The movie received 4 Oscar Selections in 3 categories and started gaining attention worldwide. Saint Dracula was recently officially selected for screening at Horror- On - Sea Film Festival,[7] International Film Festival Antigua Barbuda,[8] The free style life Film Exhibition,[9] The Pineapple Underground Film Festival,[10] Chain NYC Film Festival,USA,[11] COLUMBIA GORGE INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL, U S A,[12] Louisville's International Festival of Film[13] and RIP Horror Film Festival, USA[14]
Besides official selections Saint Dracula also won a handful of awards at the recent Cinerockom International Film Festival,USA. The movie was awarded BEST PRODUCTION DESIGN Award, BEST CINEMATOGRAPHY Award, BEST WRITER AWARD, BEST ACTOR AWARD,BEST DIRECTORS AWARD and FEATURE FILMS award at the festival.
