Saikhan (Mongolian: Сайхан, beautiful) is a sum (district) of Bulgan Province in northern Mongolia. Saikhan-Ovoo coal mine and settlement is 25 kn NW from the sum centre.

Judoka Naidangiin Tüvshinbayar, Mongolia's first Olympic gold medalist, hails from Saikhan.
