The S7 is a regional railway line of the Zürich S-Bahn on the ZVV (Zürich transportation network) and is one of the network's trunk lines.
Route
- S 7 Winterthur HB – Kloten – Zürich HB – Meilen – Rapperswil
Operates non stop between Stadelhofen and Meilen.
The line runs from Winterthur in the northeast of the canton of Zürich and heads for Rapperswil, stopping by Zürich Hauptbahnhof and Zürich Stadelhofen.

Scheduling
The train frequency is usually 30 minutes and the trip takes under two hours.
The S7 runs as an express between Zürich Stadelhofen and Meilen, skipping all the stations on the way. Travelers must transfer to the S6 or S16 lines to travel to those stations.
