Sébastien Jouve (born 8 December 1982 in Mont-Saint-Aignan) is a French sprint canoer who has competed since the late 2000s. He won four medals at the ICF Canoe Sprint World Championships with two golds (K-2 200 m, K-4 1000 m: both 2010), a silver (K-4 1000 m: 2009), and a bronze (K-1 4 x 200 m: 2009).

Jouve also finished seventh in the K-2 500 m event at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing.
