Sânmihaiu Român is a commune in Timiş County, Romania. It is composed of three villages: Sânmihaiu German, Sânmihaiu Român and Utvin.

Demographics

Of the 4389 inhabitants in 2002, 4117 Romanians, 131 Hungarians, 66 Germans, 43 Roma and 32 other ethnic groups.
